Lugano, Switzerland, 16 October 2026 — Tivenix SA ("Tivenix"), a Swiss digital precision medicine company, and CellCarta Biosciences Inc. ("CellCarta"), a global precision medicine contract research organization, today announced the signing of a Strategic Partnership Agreement formalizing and significantly expanding their existing collaboration.
The two companies first established a formal relationship in 2025 through an initial regulatory collaboration framework. The Strategic Partnership Agreement signed today builds on the foundation, expanding the collaboration to encompass clinical development and the joint offering of services leveraging the Tivenix platform to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients globally.
Tivenix's AI-powered platform applies advanced bioinformatics to the epigenetic analysis of cell-free DNA and other tissue-derived signals, assessing organ-derived cell-death signatures for early detection, patient stratification, and broader precision medicine applications - starting with neurodegenerative conditions and designed to extend across multiple therapeutic areas.
Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on the execution of clinical studies in the United States and internationally, combining Tivenix's analytical platform with CellCarta's CAP/CLIA-certified US and accredited European laboratory infrastructure. The partnership also establishes a joint commercial offering, making the Tivenix platform available to life sciences clients globally through CellCarta's established network and client relationships.
