Our Offerings

We have access to a vast suite of next-generation sequencing (NGS) platforms that can be tailored to your program’s specifications, including NovaSeq X Plus, NovaSeq 6000, NextSeq550Dx, MiSeqDx.

For single-cell sequencing, we utilize the 10X Genomics Chromium X platform. This platform integrates whole transcriptome RNA sequencing with immune profiling and proteomics analysis for an in-depth cellular insight.

For programs that require a deeper understanding of cells within their environmental context, we have a range of spatial biology platforms available for use. These include:

  • 10X Genomics Visium HD Spatial Gene Expression to map transcriptomes within the tissue context at single-cell resolution
  • NanoString GeoMx® DSP for spatial transcriptomics and proteomics with morphological context
  • Lunaphore COMET™ for single-cell proteomic analysis and phenotyping

Our sequencing platforms can run a wide suite of solid tissue and liquid biopsy panels. We have validated several commercial panels for clinical use, including:
