Outside the European Union (but also in Europe), CellCarta Inc. controls an inactive UK company, CellCarta UK Limited (formerly Serametrix UK Limited), whose registered office is at Building 2, Guildford Business Park Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 8XG, United Kingdom.
If we use the term “CELLCARTA Group”, this means CellCarta Inc. and CellCarta Inc.’s affiliates.

Transferring your information outside of the European Union (the “EU”) or Québec
Our service providers are located outside the EU and Québec. We may collect, transfer or store personal information through servers located in the United States of America or in another country outside the EU or in a location that is not in Québec. Such information is required for us to complete your applicant file, assess your suitability for the role and comply with applicable laws.
The CellCarta Group may obtain personal information from other sources, such as during reference, background, or employment checks, and from third-party sources such as recruitment and assessment sites or professional social media sites, in each case only if such information is relevant to reviewing your application and the search is permitted by applicable law. Your personal information will be retained only for so long as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable laws. This information will be processed confidentially and only accessed by those who have a need for the recruitment process.
To build on the previous section regarding transfers of personal information out of the EU, please note that the personal information comprising your applicant file may be processed in a country that is not where you are located. For example, you might be in the European Economic Area or Québec, Canada, whereas your applicant file may be reviewed by a member of the CellCarta Group in the United States. If you are offered and accept employment with the CellCarta Group, the information collected during the recruitment process will become part of your employment record.
We use security measures to protect your personal information from any access by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, loss, destruction and damage.
Once we receive your information, we take security measures in accordance with industry standards, including physical, organizational and technical measures, to protect your personal information.
