Our Neurosciences Capabilities

We can implement off-the-shelf (OTS) panels for rapid CNS biomarker assessment, or develop and validate custom panels tailored to your study’s specifications, enabling disease monitoring, patient stratification, and therapeutic assessment.

Biomarker panels can be designed for exploratory, primary, and secondary endpoints, and may accommodate a range of relevant clinical sample types, including brain tissue, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and plasma.

We have developed and validated various analytical workflows for a range of relevant matrices, including CSF, brain tissue, and plasma, supporting both exploratory and regulated CNS programs.

This includes a targeted MS-based panel that measures 142 Parkinson’s-related biomarkers.

Whether your study requires relative or absolute quantification of biologics and biomarkers, we can implement MS, nCounter, Olink®, and MSD®, for precise, accurate measurements.

CellCarta’s integrated sample logistics and global laboratory network support clinical trial specimen collection, processing, and analysis at scale, including for CNS studies requiring CSF sample handling.

We can handle your study’s operational performance with ease, allowing your team to focus on the science at hand.
