Marcus Silva, JD, MBA began his career as a litigator in Southern California before successfully founding, building, and selling a home healthcare company in Greater Los Angeles. He subsequently built a career in healthcare across various commercial roles in in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, oncology pharmaceuticals, and clinical diagnostics, holding leadership responsibilities at Johnson & Johnson's Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Becton Dickinson, Novartis — where he led CDx commercial launches for targeted therapies in breast cancer (PIQRAY) and lung cancer (TABRECTA) — and most recently was SVP of Commercial Growth at NeoGenomics with responsibility over clinical business development, strategic partnerships and business model innovation. He holds a JD from California Western School of Law and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
