Elliott Miller began his career at General Electric and Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he built expertise in operational excellence, strategy development, and M&A within a global environment. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at PPD and Thermo Fisher Scientific, leading the finance function for the Clinical Development Services Division and the Analytical Services Division — an industry-leading CRO and Labs Network. At CellCarta, Elliott oversees all aspects of financial strategy, supporting the company's continued growth and commitment to operational and scientific excellence.

Elliott received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Duke University and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
