Test Description
CD11c is a member of the Leukocyte Function Associated (LFA) family of molecules and is a transmembrane glycoprotein also known as integrin chain alpha X. CD11c is expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, a subset of B cells and activated T-cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, and macrophages and may be demonstrated on B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia, marginal zone lymphomas, and hairy cell leukemia.
