Multiple myeloma oncogene-1 (MUM1), also known as IRF4, is a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor family. MUM1 has been implicated in variety of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas, and its expression results in a poor survival rate for patients with lymphoma, particularly in those with diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
