Test Description

Cluster of differentiation 15 (CD15) is expressed on human myeloid cells and mediates neutrophil adhesion to dendritic cells. CD15 is present on almost all Reed–Sternberg cells and can be used in immunohistochemistry to identify the presence of such cells in biopsies from patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
