CD27 ligand is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein whose expression is induced by antigen-receptor activation in B cells. Cells that express CD27 Ligand are usually activated and include natural killer cells, B cells, CD45RO+, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, T cells and certain types of leukemic B cells.
