Test Description
CD28, along with CTLA-4, are receptors to ligands CD80 (B7-1) and CD86 (B7-2). Both CD28 and CTLA-4 are predominantly expressed by T cells, of which CD28 is found more substantially on the cell surface of resting T cells.
