CellCarta has added Olink Reveal, an NGS-based proteomics kit, to its service offering, enabling clients to explore a broader range of circulating proteins to enhance their biomarker discovery programs.
Designed to work seamlessly within standard NGS workflows, Olink Reveal enables deep proteome profiling with as little as 4 µL of sample, and is compatible with plasma, serum, and more. With over 1,000 protein analytes per test, the assay delivers broad proteome coverage at an attractive price point, offering value in any research or clinical biomarker program. The Reveal panel includes a high proportion of genetically validated targets and captures 100% of top-level Reactome pathways, with deep coverage of inflammation and immune-related processes.
“We’ve worked closely with Olink for a number of years to bring high-quality proteomics to our clients, and the addition of Olink Reveal marks an exciting evolution of that partnership,”said Matt Clutter, Global Director of the R&D Group at CellCarta. “With broader protein coverage and minimal sample requirements, Reveal will allow our clients to benefit from deeper proteomic insights to help better uncover critical biomarkers.”
CellCarta has a well-established collaboration with Olink, having been an early adopter of the Target 96 and Target 48 panels. They were named an Olink Certified Service Provider (CSP) in Canada in 2024, and more recently in China in early 2025. Reveal joins CellCarta’s existing Olink assay offerings of Target, Flex, and Focus to create a comprehensive portfolio that supports targeted and exploratory proteomics, giving researchers greater flexibility to align assay selection with study goals.
Olink Reveal is the latest milestone in CellCarta’s continued expansion of its Olink assay offering. By combining broad proteome coverage with low sample input, Reveal directly supports what researchers need most: accurate, informative data from limited clinical material, strengthening CellCarta’s ability to deliver high-quality, scalable proteomics insights.
