N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase-14 (GALNT14) is a member of the N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase enzyme family. GALNT14 is expressed in multiple types of cancer and mediates the O-glycosylation of death receptor in pancreatic carcinoma, non–small-cell lung carcinoma, and melanoma cells.
