Test Description
Beta-catenin is a multifunctional protein involved in cell adhesion and the Wnt signaling pathway. While predominantly bound to cell membranes, translocation of beta-catenin to the nucleus causes transcriptional activation of target genes, such as c-myc and cyclin D1.
