CCR8 is a member of the C-C motif chemokine receptor superfamily and is expressed in tumor-infiltrating regulatory T-cells (Treg) in multiple tumor types. Depleting tumor-resident Treg cells by targeting the CCR8 protein is a promising immunotherapeutic approach to treating cancer.
