CD73

Test Description

Cluster of differentiation 73 (CD73), encoded by the NT5E gene, is a cell surface enzyme found in most tissues. The role of CD73 and its production of adenosine are linked with immune function, angiogenesis, and tumorigenesis. CD73 is significantly up-regulated in cancer tissues accompanied by high enzymatic activity which can mediate the production of extracellular adenosine.
