Test Description
Cyclin D1 (CCND1) is a member of the cyclin family which forms a complex with and functions as a regulatory subunit of CDK4 or CDK6, whose activity is required for cell cycle G1/S transition. In diagnostic pathology, detection of Cyclin D1 is used mainly for the diagnosis of mantle cell lymphoma.
